2. Orders & Payments
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
- We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or stock issues
- Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order

3. Custom Products
- All products are made-to-order and customized specifically for you
- Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled
- Minor color variations may occur due to printing process and screen differences
- Customer is responsible for providing correct customization details

4. Returns & Replacements
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects (print issues or fabric damage) within 5 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
